Classic Oscietra Caviar
Known for its savory, buttery, and nutty character, Oscietra delivers a refined depth with briny freshness and a rich, lingering finish. It carries a more pronounced sea driven taste than our other offerings, ideal for those who want a true classic caviar experience.
Oscietra comes from the Russian Sturgeon, one of the original sturgeon species used for caviar and native to the Caspian Sea. Long regarded as a benchmark of traditional caviar, it reflects centuries of sturgeon history and craftsmanship.
